Terms for Delivery
Our offer is only aimed at traders and private customers
The following terms of delivery are part of our general terms and conditions.
Minimum order value is 1 € net. From €100.00 net we deliver free of charge within Germany. Up to €100.00 net, the shipping costs within Germany are €6.90 per order.
For deliveries to other European countries, different delivery costs may apply. Please inquire about this before purchasing.
We can only send a few items directly to Switzerland - so please give us a delivery address in Germany when purchasing! We calculate with German sales tax.
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information. We only deliver by mail. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself. We do not deliver to packing stations. We do not offer express shipping.
Deliveries within Germany:
Our products are ready for dispatch within 1, at the latest 3 working days after receipt of payment. In case of delay, we will report to customers immediately. Products that can be sent by parcel up to a maximum of 30 kg are handed over to the shipping service provider GLS, DHL, UPS or TNT. Average shipping time is 2-5 business days.
In the case of larger or heavier products or if many individual products are ordered, the delivery will be made by a forwarding agent. Here the delivery time is 4-8 working days. Deliveries are made to the road or property boundary.
When ordering several products, the order can be divided into different deliveries as we ship from different warehouses. We are entitled to make partial deliveries and partial invoices for our services.
If you order several items in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in several shipments (partial deliveries) depending on availability; the delivery time specified for the respective item is decisive. Additional shipping costs do not apply.
If the package delivery has failed, your shipment can be held at the nearest station of the shipping service provider. It is up to the recipient to retrieve the package before sending it back.
Customers should check delivery status using the tracking information we provide for each purchase. The customer must inform us within 7 days of the expected delivery time if the delivery has failed.
Products delivered to you can be delivered partially dismantled for transport reasons. You then have to assemble them yourself before using them. All electrical installation and the connection of water and sewage must be carried out by a professional company.
Check the product and test all technical features immediately and please inform us immediately by e-mail (info@tara-handels.de) in the event of any problem. The packaging must be kept until the products and all functions have been checked and found to be in order.
Important note: In your own interest, please note the following:
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the forwarding agent, carrier or other person or institution responsible for carrying out the shipment. The obligation to examine and give notice of defects regulated in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) applies to merchants. If you omit the notification regulated there, the goods are deemed to have been approved, unless there is a defect that was not recognizable during the inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
Please only sign the delivery papers with the addition "Acceptance subject to verification"
Visible damage to packaging or goods must be confirmed immediately by the deliverer of the goods on the bill of lading by means of a statement of facts and reported to us by email (info@tara-handels.de).
In the event of externally invisible damage that only becomes visible when unpacking, the recipient must stop unpacking and notify us immediately (max. within 24 hours of delivery) by email with photos
Transport damage without a statement of facts or acceptance against "pure receipt" will not be reimbursed.
The forwarder delivers with a lift truck up to the curb. He may not take the pallet/s and packaging/s with him. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the carrier or installer in your store.
The recipient is obliged to keep all packaging materials until the transport damage or hidden damage to the goods has been completely settled.
