Our offer is aimed at businesses and private customers
The following delivery conditions are part of our general terms and conditions.
Shipping costs (from 5.90 euros) are only charged once, no matter how much you order.
Free shipping costs only exist with higher sales prices as usual on Amazon, Ebay and other retailers to attract customers. Our sales prices are based on this. Please contact us if you are offered our products at a lower price. We would be happy to make you an offer.
Please understand that DHL, GLS and shipping companies do not deliver for free. We do not receive packaging material for free and are also charged waste paper fees.
We only charge the actual costs that we are billed for including packaging material.
We ask for your understanding that people at transport companies also have to live and are treated with respect. Without this you won't receive your orders.
Deliveries of larger parcels and freight forwarding deliveries apply the current prices including tolls and pallets. Please see the prices in your shopping cart.
Different delivery costs may apply for deliveries to other European countries. Please ask about these before purchasing.
Delivery to Switzerland:
We can send all items directly to Switzerland - it can also be cheaper, so please provide us with a delivery address in Germany when purchasing! We charge with German sales tax.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, ready, cleared and cheap.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We only deliver by mail. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself. We do not deliver to packing stations. We do not offer express shipping.
Deliveries within Germany:
Our products are ready for dispatch within 1, or at the latest 3, working days after receipt of payment. If there is a delay, we will inform the customer immediately. Products that can be sent as parcels up to a maximum of 30 kg are handed over to the shipping service provider GLS, DHL, UPS or TNT. The average shipping time is 2-5 business days.
For larger or heavy products or if many individual products are ordered, delivery is carried out by a shipping company. The delivery time here is 4-8 working days. Delivery takes place to the road or property border.
If you order several products, the order can be split into different deliveries as we ship from different warehouses. We are entitled to make partial deliveries and partial invoices for our services.
If you order several items in one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in several shipments (partial deliveries), depending on availability; The delivery time stated for the respective item is decisive. There are no additional shipping costs.
If package delivery failed, your shipment may be held at the shipping service provider's nearest location. It is the recipient's responsibility to retrieve the package before returning it. We charge 12.50 euros for shipments that are sent back to us. (Costs that DHL, GLS also charge to us) 2e delivery is subject to a charge).
Customers should check delivery status using the tracking information we provide for each purchase. The customer must inform us within 7 days of the expected delivery time if delivery has failed.
Further information
Products delivered to you may be delivered partially disassembled for transport reasons. You then have to assemble these yourself before use. All electrical installation and connection of water and sewage must be carried out by a professional company.
Check the product and test all technical features immediately and please inform us immediately by email (info@tara-handels.de) of any problems. The packaging must be kept until the products and all functions have been checked and are in perfect condition.
Important note: In your own interest, please note the following information:
1. A 2nd delivery is subject to a charge. Please ensure that you are available on site and by telephone for the drivers. (forwarding deliveries)
2. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the freight forwarder, the freight carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment. The obligation to inspect and report complaints regulated in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) applies to merchants. If you fail to make the notification regulated there, the goods are deemed to have been approved, unless there is a defect that was not apparent during the inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
3. Please only sign the delivery documents with the addition “Acceptance is subject to inspection”
4. You must immediately have any visible damage to the packaging or goods confirmed by the person delivering the goods on the consignment note with a statement of facts and report it to us by email (info@tara-handels.de).
5. If there is no externally visible damage that only becomes visible when unpacking, the recipient must stop unpacking and notify us immediately (max. within 24 hours of delivery) by email with photos
6. Transport damage without a statement of facts or acceptance against “pure receipt” will not be reimbursed.
7. The freight forwarder delivers with a pallet truck up to the curb. He is not allowed to take the pallet(s) and packaging(s) with him. We are not liable for any damage caused by the carrier or installer at your store.
8. The recipient is obliged to retain all packaging materials until any transport damage or hidden damage to the goods has been completely resolved.
9. DO NOT return damaged items yourself as we do not cover these shipping costs. Wait for our instruction. Please be sure to keep the original packaging. Email us pictures of complete packaging and also what is defective.
